The National Student Management team are a group of 10 college students looking to make an impact on college football.

When asked about this opportunity and his background Tom replied "After being involved with grassroots football in a coaching and development role for 5 years, I am very pleased to have been offered the opportunity of leading the National Student Management Team this year"

As well as this opportunity, Tom currently holds the position as Vice-Chairperson for Worcestershire's Youth Council and is also employed by Worcestershire FA part-time as the Football Mash Up Coordinator.

Tom, Who won Worcestershire FA's Young Volunteer of the Year award in 2013 where he logged over 1000 hours of volunteering as part of the Football Futures Programme, stated "all of these roles, both paid and voluntary, have allowed me to develop a vast array of skills that will prove very valuable to me during my time on the National Student Management team"

Although Tom will continue with his other positions, Worcestershire FA would like to wish Tom the best of luck in his new role.
