Worcestershire FA are committed to ensuring that learners have the best learning experience on all courses delivered within the Coach/Referee Education programme. All Tutors and Assessors who deliver for us, as a recognised Course Centre, adhere to our Coach/Referee Education courses policies and procedures.
Please pay careful attention to the information below if you are looking to participate or have already booked on to a Worcestershire FA Coaching/Refereeing Course.

Worcestershire FA adheres to a strict cancellation/transfer policy and by enrolling onto our course/courses you agree to have read and be bound by our Terms and Conditions.
In addition by enrolling you agree to attend all dates associated with the course and failure to do so will result in the qualification not being awarded.
Course Cancellation Policy
The following will apply to all course cancellations:
- All bookings are non-refundable
- Requests to transfer to another WFA course will only be accepted 14 days before the start date of the course.
- One transfer only is permitted per original booking after that you will be required to book and pay for a new enrolment.
Worcestershire FA reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient numbers/ extreme weather etc and we will aim to give as much notice as possible should this situation arise. In these circumstances a full refund will be offered or the chance to transfer to another course.
