Nichola Trigg - Chief Executive

Nichola is the Association’s Chief Executive having joined us in 2012. A chartered accountant by profession, Nichola has an extensive commercial and financial background, spanning over 20 years. Nichola oversees the running of the whole organisation and has specific focus on the Corporate and Development side of our projects. She is also a qualified referee as well as being a Director of WFA and WFA Sports Facilities Ltd.

Ollie Williams - Chief Operating Officer
Ollie joined the Association in 2013 as a Football Development Officer and went on to hold the role of Referee Development Manager between 2017 and 2022, also working across Herefordshire FA. In September 2022, Ollie took on the new role of Chief Operating Officer and his remit includes our Administration processes and our County Sports Ground facility. Ollie supports Wolves and, away from the office, he is an active assistant referee on the English Football League (EFL).

Anna-Maria Konstantinides - Safeguarding & Investigations Manager
Anna joined the team in January 2011 as our County Welfare Officer. Her vital role monitors, evaluates, and deals with safeguarding issues across football in Worcestershire. Anna provides the link to our League Welfare Officers and is always on hand to help and advise. She also supports investigations regarding disciplinary and discrimination matters. Anna supports Aston Villa.

Julie Lymer - Football Services Manager
Julie is our longest serving member of staff, having joined us in 2002. She has an extensive background in administration. There is very little that Julie doesn’t know about the Association and the administration procedures for grassroots football. This makes Julie the first port of call for all club and league administration enquiries, including affiliation, player registration, county cups and sanctioning.

Jacquie Owers - Football Delivery Manager
Jacquie started work at the Association in January 2011 and quickly established herself as a key member of our team. Her role encompasses a wide variety of tasks across our central administration team whilst managing the day-to-day running of our Development team. Jacquie leads on England Football Accreditation which means that she works alongside leagues and clubs to create experiences and environments where players, coaches and volunteers can thrive. Jacquie follows Chelsea.

Ravel Cheosiaua - Discipline & Investigations Officer
Ravel re-joined the County FA in October 2018 as Discipline & Investigations Officer. Day-to-day, Ravel oversees all discipline investigations and queries including: yellow cards, red cards, and misconduct cases as well as Discrimination cases. He also works to educate and appoint Discipline Commission members to consider cases. Outside of work, Ravel is an active assistant referee on the English Football League (EFL). Ravel was born in Romania and supports Steaua Bucharest.

Helen Plumley - Youth League Referee Appointments Officer

Helen is home-based and her primary function is to appoint match officials to youth football matches for Worcestershire FA affiliated youth leagues. Helen has a range of experience in referee administration, having previously been an appointments officer for a large youth league. The experience that Helen brings to the team, having worked with referees on this basis for a number of years, is second to none.

Martin Collier - Football Development Manager

Martin joined the team in the Spring of 2013 as a Football Development Officer. He was promoted to the role of Senior Football Development Officer in October 2015 and then Football Development Manager in July 2017. He has a wide-ranging brief with responsibilities that include: managing the Development team, facility development, lead on Futsal, working with our coaching providers, supporting our Coach Mentors and working with sports partnerships and local authorities. Martin hails from the South-West and is an Exeter City supporter.

Issey Lee-Fisher - Football Development Officer (Disability, Inclusion & Youth)

Issey has been part of our team since July 2022 and is responsible for developing football within the county with specific focus on disability, inclusion, walking and youth football. Issey liaises with our leagues, clubs and young volunteers to enhance provision, whilst also working with under represented groups to ensure that football is safe and accessible for all. Issey supports Arsenal.

Louise Mylles - Football Development Officer (Women, Girls & Coach Education)
Louise joined the team in October 2022 as a Football Development Officer responsible for women and girls’ football and coach education in the county as well as our Youth Council. Louise provides support to our leagues and clubs looking to expand their female provision as well as coaches who want to enhance their knowledge, skills and practices through CPD offers. Louise supports Manchester United and Arbroath FC.

Jack Handsaker – Football Development Officer (Adult Male & Facilities)

Jack has been part of our team since March 2023. He is responsible for facility development across the county as well as overseeing our adult male football provision. Jack oversees new and existing projects across the region looking to improve and develop football facilities providing a more enjoyable and accessible playing experience for participants. Outside of work, Jack supports Aston Villa and is a UEFA B qualified coach who has worked with teams across Worcestershire whilst having a keen interest in playing cricket during the summer months.

Jack Shepherd - Referee Development Officer
Jack has been part of our team since February 2023. He is responsible for the recruitment, conversion, retention and progression of our referee workforce. Jack organises our Referee Courses and oversees our offer of development and support to match officials. Away from the office, Jack supports Wolves and is an active match official currently operating at Step 3 and Step 4 which sees him take charge of Northern and Southern Premier League matches.

Mark Burford - Facilities Manager

Mark joined us in August 2022 and leads the running and maintenance of County Sports Ground including coordinating bookings and pitch/site maintenance. Mark is very knowledgeable about football which is shown in the fact that he supports Wolves!

Paul Loader - Facility Coordinator

If you have been to our Claines Lane site, you have probably met Paul! He is often seen completing pitch maintenance and liaising with hirers during bookings. Paul supports Aston Villa.

Spencer Knott - Facilities Assistant

Spencer works hard alongside Mark and Paul to ensure that the site looks welcoming and is ready to use for external bookings. Spencer is a fan of Tottenham Hotspur.
