Coach Mentor Vacancy

We're recruiting for a Coach Mentor to support those working within the Youth Male Pathway

Worcestershire FA are delighted to announce a vacancy as part of our County FA Coach Mentor Project.

This is specifically aimed to support coaches who are actively working within the youth male pathway (up to U18s). The purpose of this role is to provide bespoke support to new and existing coaches who may require additional help to develop their skillsets and feel more confident within their club environment. 

This is a paid role. The successful candidate will be required to work effectively with the Development Team to ensure support is offered in priority areas as well as working pro-actively to develop the grassroots landscape in our County. 

We’re looking for a successful candidate who holds a minimum and equivalent of UEFA B Licence in Coaching Football and who possess the expertise and knowledge to mentor and assist new or existing coaches.
