Worcestershire FA are looking to recruit Independent Non-Executive Directors to support the effective delivery of the association's corporate governance structure.

We are looking in particular for applicants with expertise in Legal and Commercial Development/Marketing. Additionally, we welcome expertise in Human Resources.

This is a volunteer role in which you will be expected to attend Board meetings 6 times per year and to collaborate with Board Directors and other stakeholders in the strategic development of the organisation.

An executive search exercise is being undertaken by Perrett Laver for this post. Perrett Laver will support the Interview Panel in the discharge of its duties, both to assist in the assessment of candidates against the requirements of the role and to identify the widest possible field of qualified candidates.
