Exciting opportunity for FEMALE coaches, assistant coaches, parent helpers, volunteers, young leaders and those looking to get into coaching and develop…. 

WHAT?

Worcestershire FA Female Coach Development Group (2021/22) - led by FA Regional Women & Girls Coach Developer, Stacey Miles and Worcestershire FA Football Development Officer, Jodie Williams. 

WHO?

Girls and Women aged 14 + who are currently volunteering or working in the grassroots game across Worcestershire OR those who are looking to get into coaching and seeking further opportunities to learn. The group will be mainly focus on individuals who want to gain knowledge but may not be ‘football coach’ qualified (as of yet) AND those who are currently FA qualified - Playmaker, Level 1 or Level 2 volunteers and coaches looking develop their skills. The group is focused for Female coaches working in the female OR male game. 

WHY?

We are committed to helping develop more female coaches and volunteers in the growing game. Our intention with this group is to help provide a place for new female learners and L1 & L2 qualified coaches to share their experiences by offering support and guidance alongside building a network of across the County who can help and support one another. 

WHEN? 

Introduction Event for the Group is on Monday 13th December, 6.30pm arrival for 7pm start at Worcestershire FA Offices, County Sports Ground, Claines Lane, Worcester, WR3 7SS.

The event will be finished by 9pm. Participants are highly encouraged to attend so they can gain further understanding of what the group is about and further opportunities it can offer. Following this introduction Event there will be a series of Events specifically delivered for this group in Worcestershire.
