COVID-19: CUPS AND COMPETITIONS UPDATE
Worcestershire FA County Cup Finals 2019/20
As you are probably aware, The Football Association (FA) has advised that all grassroots football in England is postponed for the foreseeable future. As a result, a Worcestershire FA Emergency Sub-Committee (ESC) met on Monday 16th March 2020 and has decided as follows:
- WFA County Cups that are already at Final stage will only go ahead if football is permitted to continue on the scheduled date of the final and with the scheduled venue available. If matches are not played on the scheduled date at the scheduled venue then they will be cancelled and the trophy will be shared.
- WFA County Cups that are not at Final stage have been cancelled for season 2019/20 and will not be played.
