Worcestershire FA is running a 'Managing Matchday Conflict' workshop.

This workshop is designed to support anyone who works to help make football safe and/or is involved in youth football. 

The workshop will provide you with the tools to promote best practice and how to manage conflict in a match day environment. Candidates will learn how to recognise early signs of confrontational behaviour, how it effects other people involved in football, and how to report incidents that arise.
