The window for Worcestershire FA referees to register for the 2017-18 season is now open.
Referees must re-register annually in order to officiate any form of affiliated football and this should be completed by 1st June 2017.
Referees will be unable to register if they have not previously completed The FA Safeguarding Children Workshop. They will also be prompted if their FA DBS Check needs renewal.
All registrations must be completed online via the Whole Game System and any issues/errors should be directed to WFA by email, ideally including a screenshot of the error message received.
WFA Referee Workforce Manager, Ollie Williams, highlighted the importance of early registration stating: "We have recently published a referee development plan for the first time, including a number of initiatives aimed at the whole referee workforce. Historically, many of our efforts have been focused on those officials who wish to seek promotion to a higher level, but we recognise a need to offer feedback and development sessions for all of our match officials. Early registration allows us to finalise our plans and structure our provision accordingly."
The only way for referees to re-register for the 2017-18 season is online via the Whole Game System - click here.
