Worcestershire FA is delighted to announce that nominations for the first ever county referee awards are now open!

Have you have seen a referee that always performs at an excellent standard? Do you know someone who strives to enhance the experience for referees? This is your opportunity to nominate an individual who deserves extra recognition in one of two categories:

A) Outstanding Contribution to Refereeing
(Any person who positively contributes to refereeing in Worcestershire can be nominated including active referees aged 19+, appointments officers, mentors, observers, or other)

B) Young Referee of The Year
(Any active referee in Worcestershire aged 14-18)

Anyone can nominate a maximum of one person for each category (these must be done as separate nominations). You only have 250 words to tell us why your nomination should win - so take your time! All nominations will be considered by a neutral panel and the winners will receive their award at the 2017 Worcestershire FA Awards Evening on Friday 20th October 2017.

Nominations are now open and will close on Wednesday 31st May at 12pm.
