Courses are open to all those who will be 14 years of age by the time of the final examination (Module 3)
BASIC REFEREE TRAINING COURSE
Please see below for course schedule details. You will initially be registered as a Level 9 Trainee Referee. Upon successful completion of the course (completion of all five modules), refereeing 6 matches (11 a side) and attending the 6-Match Seminar you will then be registered as a Level 7 or 8 referee.

MINI SOCCER REFEREES
At present, the Mini Soccer Referee course is not a recognised qualification in the same way that the 11 a side course is. For this reason, our Referee Committee has taken a decision to put a hold on further Mini Soccer Only courses in Worcestershire until confirmation can be gained from The FA regarding the status of Mini Soccer Referees.
Should you wish to referee only mini soccer, you can still take the 11 a side course but then choose to referee only the younger age groups initially. You will be qualified to make the transition in 11 v 11 football when ready without the need to take further courses.
