This is an exciting new project whereby The FA are going to reward young leaders aged 12 to 19 years old volunteering within Charter Standard Clubs (or other suitable organisations).
The young leaders will be recognised for their efforts through being rewarded FA volunteer certificates at 10, 25, 50, 100 & 200 hours of voluntary service, which can contribute to their own personal development.
The main aim of the programme is to develop a future generation of volunteers who have the knowledge and experience to make a positive contribution to local grassroots football. The secondary aim is to create links between schools that deliver leadership courses and neighbouring grassroots football clubs, presenting young leaders with the opportunity to volunteer within their local community.
