Young Leaders that aspire to be managers, coaches, referees and administrators are the future volunteer workforce of grassroots football.
The Worcestershire Football Association recognises this and in doing so believes that investment in the development of young leaders is a key part of football development within the county.
Committed to delivering the Junior Football Organisers course to 14 – 19 year olds, the WFA Development Team are keen to engage young leaders within the F.A Step into Sport Programme which recognises and rewards young leaders for volunteering within the local community. Furthermore we hope to provide on going in-service training to young leaders involved in the programme to ensure they maintain their personal development.
