To under-pin the work carried out at the WFA Boys Player Development Centre & Kidderminster Harriers Girls Centre of Excellence, the WFA Development Team organise a programme of coaching sessions.
These sessions are delivered by WFA Qualified Coaches that coach at the PDC, with the main aim of developing the players skills and technical ability. Further more players decision making skills are challenged by placing the players within opposed environments and realistic game situations, where they are encouraged to think for themselves.
